All prices on the Website are displayed and charged in United States dollars USD.

Returns/Exchanges

Please consider your artwork purchases carefully. I do not allow returns or exchanges unless there is proof of damage during transit and there is a photo upon delivery. Please refer to our transit damage policy.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within the continental United States is included in the cost of your artwork purchase. If you are outside of the US please email me to get a shipping quote.

Shipping

Great care is taken to ensure your artwork arrives safely. I purchase tracking and insurance for every package shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery–unless a different shipping method is requested by the purchaser.

Transit Damage

All artworks are covered by insurance during shipping. This insurance covers the full value of the artworks during transit. In the unlikely event your artwork is damaged during transit, please email julia@juliawylde.com   within 24 hours of receiving your order, and please include photos of the condition the piece arrived in, its original shipping packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier, for insurance purposes. If the damage is accepted as being caused during transit, you will be entitled to the choice of a full refund or repair and restoration, if possible.

Do you allow local pick ups?

If you are local to the central coast of California, Santa Barbara, or greater surrounding LA area, and you'd like to arrange a pickup to avoid shipping, I am happy to accommodate. Email me at julia@juliawylde.com and we can arrange a time.

Do you offer a discount for interior designers?

Do you Accept Commissions?

I take on a limited number of commissions a year to allow me to focus on releasing original work. Follow this link to learn more about how commissions work and reach out to me via email about availability.

I have a few exciting upcoming shop updates where some limited edition silkscreen prints and artist prints will become available. Keep a look out!

Do you have framing suggestions?

I do! I’m happy to help you source framing that will compliment your painting. Feel free to email me for recommendations. I recommend seeking out a local framer if you are able to avoid shipping costs.
