About Julia
I call the Central Coast of California my home. As long as I can remember, I have turned to making artwork to feel observant, grounded, and connected to nature. I am so honored that my artwork is held dear to someones heart and hangs in their home.
I am deeply influenced by nature and landscape. I am interested in impression and abstraction, always wondering about what takes hold in a fleeting moment or a memory. I like to explore abstract themes of land, material and texture, duality, memory and spirituality.
I believe art is an experience and abstraction opens a door. I hope the pieces I create are meaningful to the owner and feel approachable to new collectors.
I am planning a release of paintings, ceramics, screenprints, photography prints. My newsletter community will be the first to know when new artwork is in the shop.
